Palmier Io is a credit-powered AI video editor that unifies generation and editing on a single multi-track timeline. Instead of paying for and managing several disconnected AI tools, creators work inside one application where generation is billed through a flexible credit system covering video, images, audio, upscaling, and chat.

The multi-track timeline is the heart of Palmier Io. It handles video, audio, images, and text side by side, with trimming, splitting, speed ramps, opacity, and transforms. AI-generated clips and real footage occupy the same tracks, so combining captured and generated material is seamless.

Generation happens in context. Palmier Io connects to multiple leading AI models, including Kling AI, ByteDance Seedance, Google Veo, and xAI Grok Imagine, and every generation lands directly on the timeline. The editor is open source and free to use for non-AI editing, with credits activating the AI features.

Palmier Io also supports the Model Context Protocol, so agents like Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Codex can read a project and edit the timeline autonomously.
